Distance to the capital?

We moved the capital 4 days ago, but the regional report for all the regions, including the capital region still says "The large distance to the capital causes anarchists to prosper greatly, and the people feel as if the realm does not care about them." Is this a bug?

What realm is this? How far away is the capital from the regions in question?

Apparently your people are very provincial. Maybe they expect the capital to be in their parlor?

Actually, because of this, combined with other reports I've seen lately, I finally twigged to the fact that Region Buffs weren't actually getting their remaining times decreased (or, of course, getting removed when those hit 0).

This should now be fixed. Old buffs (and debuffs) should start getting cleaned up beginning with tonight's sunrise turn. Some will not disappear immediately, but will rather reduce their effect, and then disappear in another day or two, depending on the nature of the buff in question.
