Through acts such as taking gold from prisoners ect. is it possible for a Judge to lose enough Prestige below the position requirement. Would you get an in-game warning if you were close to the limit?

No, nor would it cause you to lose your position. You just wouldn't be able to be reappointed or reelected if you did lose it by some other means.

Ok, What about Prestige/honour requirements for certain Judge's acts ie. Taking gold from prisoners, Torture, etc.
Are there any?
