Try to guide people. Work with suggestions and help and leave people their autonomy. A strict hierarchy of orders and blind followers is more efficient, yes. It also causes people to lose the fun and leave the game.It could be done otherwise, and it could be avoided.But the fact Erik actions were more of an order and threaten, then...
