Can't kick out or ask to leave

Apparently you can't kick out or ask to leave anyone at the moment.

This is happening in Morek. Our judge is not seeing anyone on the list for both kick out and AtL.

Yes. This is known. Its related to the server being reinstalled somehow. That's all I know. Tim or Tom need to fix this and I believe Tim has left on a vacation of indeterminate length.

'Cause there was an issue that would cause exactly those symptoms, that I fixed.
