unable to select characters from account screen

So the account screen stops loading below my East Continent character. I submitted a bug report, but my last bug report didn't see any attention, so I'm posting here to ensure someone looks at it.

Upload bug report with screenshot. That page shouldn't have changed at all recently....

Made a change to your character that may have helped.

It worked, I can use the screen as normal now.
