Currently have 2 noble in Beluatera, force to pause one to be able to play one of the noble. Can we emigrate pause noble?
Maybe special link or something like that to emigrate to colony..

I seconded and supported this suggestion.

Currently I have 2 characters in Colonies. As I mentioned to Vita, my second character May on Colonies island cannot migrate out from rural region. And now after this new turn change, I have to pause May in order to play my first character. Why stopped us from migrating from any region? ???

And I have a guy that was wounded the entire last week and now he's stuck.  So, just saying that we had three weeks doesn't cover every consideration.
