Come and join Nivemus realm.

We have many region lordships, and vacant estates. First come, first serve. Cater to ambitious nobles wishing for promotion or new career. New characters are also welcome.

Why buying Nivemus regions? You should try buy Oligarch city, it is the best city on the whole island :P

Don't think you got my joke. I was pointing out that Nivemus is much more likely to have a lordless region because of noble population.
