Region lost messages

Last turn we lost the region I was lord of on BT. I was surprised by the sequence of automatic messages and I'm going to post it here to see if anyone is in agreement on this.

To me, the second notification shouldn't be sent, since there are no longer 'knights of Ukh', the region was lost. Opinions are welcome.

Osgar Dacara and his knights have lost their home and estates.

Estate Vacated   (5 hours, 30 minutes ago)
message to the knights of Ukh
These 50 % of the region are now without a knight.

Takeover   (5 hours, 30 minutes ago)
message to all nobles on Beluaterra
Netherworld has taken control of Ukh. The region used to belong to Thalmarkin.

It's pretty nitpicky. I don't really see it as an issue worth trying to fix in the code.
