At the request of the regulars, we started messing around to find a map that was less boring. I was the only person who hadn't really built anything, so I didn't mind that much. The winning map looks better, I must admit, and has some epic mountains. I updated the first post with some screenshots.

Texture pack is Sphax PureBDCraft.

The map, quite frankly, is epic. The more we explore, the more we love it. I built a eyrie atop the mountain I took those snapshots from, and I carefully grew a forest so thick it blocks out the sun and rain.

Sorry, I was working on the server at that time, so I had it whitelisted to prevent people from joining. You can join anytime. Be advised we moved to a better host due to the lag, and got a bigger server as well, so the IP has changed. I'll update the first post to reflect this.

I don't have money to put toward this right now (other games have priority), but I'd like to check it out. ~~It looks like one can try it on the browser or something. I should check that out.~~ Looks like one has to buy it even to try it.

I can't seem to get the free one working, even though I have java :/

Try updating java to the most recent version by going on their website, it helped fixed many issues for me.

You can try a free classic mode on their website if you want. Basically, it's unlimited of everything and no bad guys. I personally don't find that to be much fun, creative mode doesn't really appeal to me, but it's an idea I guess of what the game looks like. You can look up tutorials on youtube to see what others are doing to have a better idea of what gameplay is like and what you can do in it.

Well that's certainly a problem for a java-based game.

Are you using a x64 OS? I think there are different versions of java if you use a x64 OS. I had to dig a little to find it, I think.
