Militia, loyal or disloyal

It was quite a long time since one of my chars started a rebellion so I don't remember.

If you rebel, what will the militia in the capital do?

Another question is, if you seceede with a city, will the militia belong to the new realm then?

1. Random, apparently. Though which way the duke sides might influence the militia.

2. Possibly they go with you. If not, they probably get dissolved.
