Prompt until confirmation emails are fixed

Right now confirmation emails have been a problem. The solution at this time is that prospective players can email  community@battlemaster.org. The problem is they don't know to do this. This needs to be posted right on the sign up page with a prompt that says "if you do not receive your confirmation email please email us here". This is vital because we need to retain new players and that wont happen if they can't even join the game in the first place.

I've previously made a suggestion to the devs that would actually implement the new prove-you're-not-a-robot recaptcha and move email confirmation to a "if you want more than one character" stage, which would mean people get into the game, probably even faster.

confirmation mails should work again, I've moved the mailserver.
