Just a warning: I consider it slightly overpowered right now, and have plans in the works to make it harder to populate your entire realm with 95/95/95 RCs.

I know Sirion has one of the best. 100 training 100-4/95 SF. Definitely don't want to cross Sirion :o

That is pretty good. Astrum has something close to that as well.
