There's a sage that hangs around Igno/Bethom area, but it's the only one I've encountered around Xavax.

Usually three sages roaming around in Westgard lands:

Shyasmos, Tiniysa and a third one.

Are sages rare on the east part of the continent?

A lot harder to see one it seems. I don't see them too often sadly.

I see them constantly and chase them near and far. Infact my EC character has been in from with a wizard or sage almost perpetually for the last three weeks!

Incidentally, where the realm to get the best price for some >10+ skull bonus artifacts? I have trading and oratory.

Both are relatively cheap. You want to sell ones most people can't get to 100% with like swordfighting and jousting or spellcasting.

I met 1 sage in the past month... they are pretty good at hiding.
