When I play my maxed our adventurer, I feel like I am playing as an alcoholic. He does nothing but work for more kegs of beer now... Selling items so he can drink more beer...

He needs alcohol to get through the working day. He successfully sold an item recently. He slept in a very poor bed recently. A monster attacked him recently.

Only in this game you can't wall off the noble types into their own rooms and kill them with steam.  ;D
