Arrested during a Takeover

In SI, Taselak is taking over Jerelin and my Taselak character is sitting in the region as part of that with a unit. I log in this morning and I'm in jail due to enemy patrols in the region? That doesn't seem reasonable? Am I missing something?

The region is still controlled by the enemy until you're done taking it over. Just because you've got troops out intimidating people in the streets doesn't mean random lone nobles wandering around three blocks over are totally safe from being nabbed by the locals.
