Is there a way for region lords to directly arrest / persecute members of certain religions? This is alluded to somewhat in the wiki, and I'm wondering if there is a way to remove followers of other religions other than with the "persecute heretics" command priests can use.

To the best of my knowledge only priests have those options, not Lords. I can't recall ever seeing it beyond my priest char at least.

If you are the Lord of a region, and follow a religion, that religion will have an edge in your region.

If you don't want other religions there, tear down their temples, build a temple of your own, and arrest any priests of other religions you happen to catch.
