Now that the first continent is up and since I am the writer thus can't write the second chapter, what do I do now?

You can start a new story.

What we need to do I posted somewhere - invent details. Mountains, rivers, forests, deserts, swamps, hills, everything. You can go and create animals or humans or whatever else you want.
