Economy on RegionDetails

I've noticed that no region in Luria Nova has anything written in Economy, in their ingame description, contrary to the ones in Caerwyn.

What is it currently the function of those values, and what is it intended to be in the future? Is it just RP fluff, and intended to be that way, or does it have a real function/is intended to have a function in the future?

Doesn't do anything at the moment, and all that info will be filled in before it starts being used by the game.  File it under the to-do but not for a while list.

Is it on the "after new estates are implemented" list?

Pretty much everything is on that list.
If at first you don't succeed, don't take up skydiving.
