What's going on with peasant militia?

Did the combat code change recently? I don't remember ever having this many allied nobles get wounded, during a battle where we won easily and not a single allied unit retreated. I've heard similar reports elsewhere in the past few days, where a few peasant mobs can wound half of the knights who participated in a brief skirmish.

Yeah, these were military militia units, not Angry Peasants.

However, I do agree it seems odd for so many woundings and a death from a battle that was a complete victory.
Admit nothing, deny everything, make counter-accusations.

There were only two militia units. The rest were angry peasants:

QuoteTotal:
30 attackers (766 Inf, 1313 Arch, 220 Cav, 386 SF)
18 defenders (19 Inf, 11 MI, 4172 other)
Total combat strengths: 28946 vs. 16274

Yeah, I had a character in that battle. We pretty much wiped out the proper militia in Bescanon along with the walls before moving on to Brive to do the same. We were returning through Bescanon to return home to refit when that happened. I don't think many nobles left the field without some degree of injury (Aramon was lightly wounded) and according to the battle report, all that wounding was caused by Angry Peasants.

Wudenkin also just got a huge number of wounds from the battle with rogues.

Winkamus had wounds against peasants as well, not sure how bad.

Golden Farrow seems to have yielded a lot of wounds as well, though not sure it was extraordinarily so considering the circumstances.

Lots of wounding in these recent battles... did anything change? Especially relating to melee troops like peasants and monsters?

Could the Devs please look into this? It's been over a week now.

Please let me know if I should file a bug report instead.

Okay. I've seen many people getting wounded by peasants all of sudden as well. Something definitely is going on here.
