Add diplomatic status to region page:

Summary:

I am a new player to all the continents. When I look at a region I think it is confusing to know if this is an enemy region or a peaceful one unless I know all the other information in my head. If the diplomatic status "War", "Allied" and so on is on the region, it is clear without looking at other pages.

Details:

Add diplomatic status to top of region page

Benefits:

Less time looking over for information, easier for new players to understand things

This shouldn't be difficult, and seems like an excellent addition.

I think the best place to put it would be in parentheses after the name of the realm the region belongs to.
