Why East Island no have so much monsters?

I know for adventure gear, I know for how many adventurers, also other things, but:

Can see from adventurer, also from noble, no so many monsters/undead.

This does for purpose?

Other islands, always big danger everywhere. East Island, almost no can find monsters, undeads for hunt. Always investigating, always saying "some rumours" or nothing.

Very boring for be adventurer.

East Island is played as a low fantasy continent (just like all stable islands).

Hence why there are not so much undead/monster/fantasy stuff.
