I thought we could delay multiple times, but I'm not seeing the option. What are the restrictions? Can't delay twice in a row? Can't delay when 1 hour away?

Seems to not work if you would have made it that turn if you were not delaying arrival.

I think it depends on how much time you still need to arrive. If you're almost there, you won't be able to delay.

Any point to this? It's easily bypassable by experienced players, just a hella confusing for the others.

If you're arriving in 1 hour, you won't be able to use the delay option.

How about make camp option?

One can rest for 1-4 hours I believe, in the travel tab. Or do a number of other things when creative enough. I remember back when I led raiding parties against Hetland, we used all kinds of shenanigans to stay between two regions for very long periods of time, on occasion. Drove them mad, it was very satisfying.
Feels like the player base changed, though, can't rely on people as much to do anything remotely complex anymore. Missed turns seem way more common.

yep. delay arrival is pretty much just insurance against missed turns at this point. its kind of weird, you would think that the few hundred (if that) players remaining would be the super hardcore dedicated.
edit: 245, yikes. and some of those are waiting to be deleted.
