This thread is for feedback on the new geography map layer announced in the General Discussion forum.
Things I know need to be fixed:

I like it. Only issue I have with it is that all the parts that aren't forests or mountains kinda look like desert.

Cities are harder to see. Harder to distinguish terrains (badland and plain).

Looks really cool.
- Add Xavax. :P
- Some of the city icons need to be moved to better line up with the region grid. (Castle Ubent, Al Arab, Semall)
- Chaos Temple is almost invisible with that dark blue on top of the dark brown.
- Add sea routes.
- Some visual differentiation between badlands and rurals.
- Also, is there any kind of added visual you can use fore townslands?

I like the way it looks but if I have to choose between good looks and being able to click on regions for region descriptions I'll go with the region descriptions.

For the 431st time, that ability will come to the new map, as soon as we can figure out why the hell the documentation and examples given don't work for us.

Weather overlay is almost impossible to see except as the white lines due to transparency bleeding the base color through.

Not entirely sure it exists anymore. Which is a shame, it was neat.
