My adventurer found a mysterious item. can anyone tell me what I am to do with it

The same as most other items - either for item construction or repair, as the wiki does not indicate any alternate use.

It's a common item. It may be mysterious, but apart from that it's not different from any other common item.

Sell it, use it to make unique items, do whatever.
