If I am correct, you need a full 16 hours in your pool before you can initiate a travel of over 16 hours.

A few of us can atest that building a new realm is quite a challenge. Dominorum had a disadvantage that we were building Ete from a population of one single peasant (a half-breed), plus we have a rival next door. Of course there is the rogue attacks too. As stated Rines has 5000 population which is a good start. It will be quite a challenge for you and interesting to watch, although Zraath denied us a settlement there forcing us to move further South

I agree Frank Herberts 'Dune' series is some great sci-fi. His son Brian Herbert co-wrote the 'Dune' prequals; Butlerian Jihad, The Machine Crusade and the Battle for Corrin; with the author of Star Wars (name escapes me). Although on a different level to Frank Herbert, I found the prequals very enjoyable and very easy reading.

I wish you luck with your journey. Don't stay away for too long.

After being released, it normally takes at least 1 turn before you have options available to you.

Which character is it? Have you tried with more than one?

That's a separate issue, which I have fixed for the next turn change.

Same problem with upgrading fortifications, says I have already done it today.
As the upgrading fort mechanic seems to be similarly tied in with the courts mechanic I am guessing it might be ok next turn.

Multi-accounts totally nark me off. Ruins the atmosphere of the game and is extremely unfair for everyone. If it's any consolation, Dominorum has had its own share of them.

What are the unique item types?:

Armour
Weapon
Shield
Accessory
Ring?
Others?

I don't know if there is already a bonus, if not, how about a bonus for a character who wears a full set of unique item types?

Ideas on a postcard....

I have :
Astonishing platemail of Strombran - Strombran I believe was a realm in Atamara; a sunken islnd now.
Putrid pendant of Lanard's brains - I guess Lanard is/was a character in game.
Cookbook of the Barony of Icegate - If I recall, Icegate was the Capital of the realm of Barony of Makar; Also in Atamara.
Smoking sceptre of Ankar - I guess Ankar is/was a realm or region. Maybe a character name even.
