Title: The forums have officially gone to hell
Post by: Indirik on May 25, 2011, 02:31:54 PM: Today we celebrate the beginning of the end for the BattleMaster forums. From this point forward, they will become the wretched hive of scum that we all knew was going to happen eventually.

Yes, that's right. Today we have seen the appearance of the very first image banner signature in a post. :'(

Well, as I uploaded it, the only restriction shown was 'height 60px'. I'm clearly below that (source: http://en.structurae.de/com/index.cfm?id=4 (http://en.structurae.de/com/index.cfm?id=4))

Well, I wasn't sure how tall '60 pixels' was. On the linked page is an example of a banner that's 60px high.

Hmm... I could make a QR code for that link and put that in random places... lots of people would fall for that, out of sheer curiosity. :-)

Most mobile phones (iphones and android) have QR scanning code applications. Open the app, point your phone's camera at the QR (quick response) code, and the app will automatically translate the code into a web address and take you there.
