on bt, i had a unit of 66 men at around 90 cohesion.
dropped 40 of them down as militia and now cohesion is 45%
eh.. why? if you get 40 of them killed, the cohesion won't drop.
Well you split the buddies off. Now they feel uncomfortable to be with each other since they lost their butt buddies :).
