Title: Bottle of Black Oil?

In the wiki, it states that the "Bottle of Black Oil" can be found in a badlands region. Is this still the case? Has anyone here found one within the past 6 months?

I found one after killing an alpha monster. Not sure what type of region it was, but there are a few badlands where I usually hunt.
