Title: Paint your characters!
Post by: songqu88@gmail.com on March 09, 2011, 04:53:27 PM
Hey guys, I was curious about what everyone's characters look like. While words can describe them well, sometimes it's nice to see a visual. Of course, this is not the place to see artistic masterpieces (You are welcome to make them if you so desire). Rather, this is a fun and quick thread of "share your MS Paint creations of your BM characters".

So here's my bad drawing of four of my noble characters. From left to right we have: Garret, Iksandros, Ramuh, and Kylen.

Have fun drawing stuff!

These are the girls who live in the Far East.  Only one of them knows how to use a sword.  But none know how to draw one.

So, not to cheat or anything, but here's a Dafayo Vashmere portrait of Malice ;D I love Dafayo. With Malice now being old as the hills and without his old kingdom, I could probably use Paint to get a nice 'Before and After' thing going on. I'm not that arty, but I think I could draw a stick man with a sad face >.<

What.... this is ridiculous, how long did this take you, Hyral?

By the way, awesome thread!

I was really ambitious at the start but it made my brain hurt I ended up just copy/pasting the first one and using it as a base >.> (cheating?) So, about ten minutes.

My wife designs Halloween costumes for a living, and that's the way she does it—some time ago, she drew up several "models", and she just copies and pastes them into her new files when she draws up a new costume ;)

So it's not cheating: it's the same kind of trick the pros use!

Me, I'm not even skilled enough to achieve what Artemesia did  ::)

Over 9000 hours in mspaint. As you can see that much of this is the outline, but soon those lovely lines shall be replaced with ugly, mishapen legs and torso!

Still a work in progress. I remembered that you can zoom in with mspaint, allowing you to not ruin things as badly with a mouse. As a result I think I shall enjoy doing the whole family.

For now I must run off to class however.

My best attempt, until I got fed up with Paint, that is :D

EDIT: the picture was just too painful to watch :)

Your wife has an awesome job.  But since you will not use paint, you now must post pictures of yourself disguised as your characters.  :-P

I was hoping to see Tim in a satan costume.

I mean, you know, his normal work clothes.
