Currently the marshal of an army can message the sponsor, themselves (for some odd reason) or all/some members of the army. I think it would be useful if there was a direct option to message the vice-marshal. Perhaps it could replace the option for the marshal to message themselves.
I have long advocated that Vice Marshals should be more visible. Especially in the message option the general has to message all marshals. Vice marshals are supposed to stand in when the marshal can't do it. But how can they when the VM isn't included? In order to include the VM you have to manually pick out of the whole-realm list. Or just send all orders to the Military Council that most realms use.
This feeds into the desire I've had forever for there to be dynamic message groups...
