Can I collect a bounty as a noble if I death duel a person with a bounty and kill them. Will I get the bounty?

Wait. Do you have to kill the person to collect the bounty or wounding the person seriously will do the trick?

serious wounds do the trick--most of the time, at least. there's about 9 grades of wounded, and only about 4 labels for them.
