Can marshals get a report of how much CS they are losing from having wounded men?
This will help marshals decide if they want to stay for another round or not.
Or maybe make it like a pie graph? showing % of men wounded and likely to recover in the next round?
There is no trivial 1:1 relationship between men and CS.
Thus the pie graph he suggested, not using CS
Well maybe ignore the CS and just get some info on how many men are wounded in total at least? The graph doesn't need to be based on CS. Having a graph will help people easily understand how many men are wounded in one glare.
The "ready" value is intended to do exactly this, plus also taking things like equipment damage into account.
I was talking about the entire army. In my opinion, ready values barely tell you anything.

They are a good indicator of equipment wear and morale loss, which you otherwise can't see well.
However, that's more of an indicator of how much strength you can recover after a refit, and not after a turn change. An indicator of total wounded men could be nice, I guess.
So basically, you want
a) a "total readiness" value
and
b) a "quick tell me, what will this army be worth tomorrow morning?" guess
?

Yes. But probably as a graph. I am sure this will save some time for marshals. Who knows. For some marshals they will only spend 10-15 min with this feature like what the game intended to be. (Should really change the whole light weight thing - it is a trap!)
No, don't make it a graph. just provide a total readiness number for the army. I think factoring in equipment damage, starvation, healers, wounds, etc, would be impossible.
