What if we applied the same system that the game uses for captains to healers and scouts?
Healers and Scouts could have names and they can gain levels the more they are used. A higher level healer will heal more units more quickly. A higher level scout will be harder to catch, maybe have more detailed information or a chance of spotting infiltrators.
so if you have 10 scouts, they each get a lvl entry?
i'm more concerned about healers. everyone has healers and they can't be lost unless you run out of money or if you chuck them. their lvls will be mad high...
