Title: Terran
Post by: dustole on July 24, 2012, 06:58:52 AM
So, the only guy to oppose Allison as Magistrate of War in Terran gets killed by Auvrindale?  Too funny!  2 more days and Allison is the Magistrate of War for Terran?  Who would have thought it...

You mean the only opposing candidate, right? I hardly think she is well-liked in Terran.

If Allison gets elected general of Terran I wil literally ROFLMAO. I am not kidding.

Kale's back, baby!

Sorry dustole.

EDIT: Also, apparently some peoples in Aurvandil strongly dislike Kale?

EDIT 2: The Judge called him "obnoxious" !

Thank you, judge of Aurvandil.

Aurvandil is scared of Allison!

Thank you, judge of Aurvandil.

Don't think him; thank Mendicant (painful, I know). The Judge has some weird grudge against Kale and Terran apparently, and wouldn't have released me if not for the order of Mendicant.

Sorry dustole.

No need to say you are sorry to me.  :)   It is Terran you need to apologize to.  Allison is Terrans only chance of bringing the North to their side.  So far Terrans strategy is "lets wait for the Lurians to help us"   That is a bad strategy.  While you may not like Allison, she has a proven effectiveness.

That weird grudge might be because you basically sent him hate mail with a lot of waffle about how evil Aurvandil apparently is.

Terran is trying to bring both the north, and the Lurian's into this conflict? They must be bricking it pretty badly right now.

I always thought we were being challenged to battle in Maeotis to give some foreign power a clear shot at Madina, when that didn't happen I could only assume Terran trick us into advancing into your lands so we'd starve to death.

Erm.. when? I've never interacted with the Aurvandil Judge in any way as far as I remember. I didn't even message him while in prison, just Mendicant. Kale should have the grudge he stole all his gold! Filthy thief!

They've been trying to do that for a while. It's not news to Lysander, anyway.

And this is one reason why the forums are bad: people can't keep what they know to themselves.

Except that dustole's speculations are doubly off-base, given that she doesn't actually know anything.

It'd be awfully handy if the Lurias were hopping on board; but one look at the CS charts reveals the truth of the matter: they're more pitifully demilitarized than the Moot.

Also, it's Luria. We have no time to help others, we're too busy dicking each other over!

Yup.

Honestly, for all that Luria is right next door, I rather suspect Morek is more plausible: they're wrapping up Summerdale, and they're at least consistent, even if distant.

Unless Allison can sprout us 10-20 new nobles, automatically upgrade our all our recruitment centers, and then make all our doubles march with goose step precision like the Aurvandili, I don't see how.

With a track record like hers, I don't know how anyone can question her ability to get things done anymore.

I would prefer that Allison sweet-talk the Zuma into attacking them. Isn't that what she's actually good at?

No, that's not how the Zuma work.

Maybe she could sweet talk them into marching down and just sitting a big army between Aurvandil and the 'Moot, so nothing could happen.

Although, like I've said before, I don't think that would work because Aurvandil has the balls to just straight up take the Zuma on.

As would I.

I'm also wondering how Allison being in Aurvandil now isn't starting a holy crusade since they apparently despise all religion and want to wipe it from Dwilight. I'd figure a fervent SA priestess would have issues about that, or vice-versa. o_O

I was seriously pissed when I discovered that I SOMEHOW had never hit 10 prestige on Alura despite having the highest honor of all my characters. Damn archers! I would have been General but prestige screwed me over AGAIN. Also lost Lordship I was awarded in Far East because of a lack of prestige, again.

My only character with great prestige is, IRONICALLY, my warrior-hero turned Priest from Belluaterra. F*ck, the one guy who doesn't need prestige. :-P

You never know, maybe she's trying to get Aurvandil to launch a holy crusade, that would certainly be a turning of the tables.

A pissed off Fissoan turned Aurvandilian (?) Duke changed the aligience of Madina duchy to Fissoa. Apparently Mendicant wanted the destruction of all temples and shrines of all religions in Aurvandil lands and force all the regions of Madina duchy to starve so that they go rogue, as the regions were of no importance to Aurvandil. Tarkus didn't want that so reverted back to Fissoa with his duchy.
