Title: Make Delay Arrival more convenient to find
Summary: Currently if you want to Delay Arrival, you have to click your destination, click the Travel tab again and then click Delay Arrival. Many people, especially new players, do not know you have to click the Travel tab again, so, as Marshal, I feel the need to explain how to do it every single time I order arrival to be delayed, which gets old. I'd like it to be easier to find.
Details: Currently when you click a destination, the next screen asks if you want to misdirect. Why couldn't it ask if you want to misdirect or delay arrival?
Benefits: General convenience.

In general, the page you see after clicking your destination on the Travel page needs to look more or less identical to clicking the Travel page itself.
