We used to get island-wide notifications when regions revolted and swapped to a new realm, or went rogue. However, we're not getting any of that now, at least on testing islands. Maybe stable, too, but I know it definitely is not working on testing. There are revolting regions going rogue and swapping to other realms left and right on Dwilight, and none of it is being sent to nobles in other realms. Every time I look at the dynamic map, I see that another city has revolted or swapped, and I had no idea that it ever happened.
Is this intentional? If so, I really think that we need to revisit that. If not, I'll go file a bug report right away.
