Title: unique items repair

Has something changed that I missed. I just repaired am item and its at 142%. If this is correct I like the change as I have always thought they degraded to quickly.

It has been fixed now.  i.e. should not happen a few days from now.

I thought as much. That's to bad. It would have been nice to see items last a little but longer.
