Wouldn't it be awesome if all game worlds are merged into single HUGE world. What do you guys think about that?

Dwilight is the equivalent of two other continents... v-v

Would be great, though I believe this has been discussed before and it was deemed unworkable by the devs :(

It was discussed before and the problem is that it's not doable without massive changes to the code and game structure.
But it is one of the reasons I've started work on this side project that's not going anywhere for lack of time. If I had funding, I could... maybe Kickstarter? I'm not sure. Would need so much preparation first.

Whenever someone on here says "massive code changes" I picture Tom just buying a shotgun, taking his pc outside and blowing it apart. then buying another and writing completely new code.

Think about it.
A huge continent with all realms wont be very good because:
1- Each continent gives different feeling.
2- You cant war from a extreme to another another.
3- Some player prefer the slow pace of Colonies
4- Character limitations?
5- You want more realms to get in to CE side?????????
6- Deportation?
7- Invasions what about it, daimons will be in the middle of the huge continent?
8- Tournament? ohh yesss it will start in 8 days...sorry travel time takes 13.
9- SMA...where?
10- Only 1 forum section to spam.... (Click (http://nooooooooooooooo.com/))

1. Much of which would still be possible.
2. Says who? It would depend how boat paths were introduced.
3. Never played on the Colonies and never intend to. What would be done with them would have to be discussed. It could always be possible to make it one turn per day anyway, even for invading forces.
4. Two per realm, one per for Dwilight if they would still wish that should this ever happen. Problem solved. I have a feeling with realms establishing true colonial empires, even two per realm would become increasingly less common.

6. Would work the same way as it does now. If anything, it'd take even MORE time to get back to your original continent!
7. It's not a "huge continent". It's multiple continents on a single map. Beluaterra would still be Beluaterra, FEI would still be FEI, Dwilight would still be Dwilight. If anything, it'd encourage things like Crusades to other continents to end the invasions. Which would be awesome.
8. Which happens even now. What's your point?
9. Dwilight. Perhaps even others. I'd love to see MORE continents being willing to take up SMA.
10. Spamming is bad. However, there is no reason any ofl the current continent sections would change as THERE WOULD STILL BE MULTIPLE CONTINENTS.

Doubt you will get the funding for even a small one from our small community. Before we even try to do anything like this, we should probably work on how to get more people into the game first...

What I have on my blackboard, well paper notes actually, is more intended for a much larger audience. :-)
But I'd need at least a concept artist first, because you can't even get a Kickstarter going without having something to show.

It does. And I'm about 1% marketing dude. So, really, we have a project manager now, we could use a marketing lead.

"recruiting" is an overstatement given that I can't really pay a salary. I can spend a bit of money on ads or something, and give people free goodies, or small presents, but that's about it.
