Title: fame reputation skills
Post by: Nosferatus on November 20, 2012, 09:31:44 AM
I noticed the game now shows the exact number of your skill of a certain type.
It also includes spellcasting, yet my character never casted a spell, still its skill is pretty high for not training it (40%) my other characters all have a - behind this skill.
Is this character with spell casting skill somehow 'special'?
Or where did the skill come from?

See this thread for more information:

In a nutshell, your score is not your skill, it's where your skill relative to the other characters on the continent. The character with the best spellcasting skill gets a score of 100 (even if their actual skill is maybe 20%), the lowest get zero, and everybody else is ranked in-between.

For spellcasting, I would hazard a guess and say since almost nobody has any spellcasting experience, your rank will be a top rank if you have any exposure to magic, and random otherwise.
