My first noble start at dwilight so my family home is at springdale but this noble has migrate to other continent.. Can my family move their family home?
Only those of the permanent subclass of Hero can move the family home.
And you need some gold. Don't remember the exact amount but if I have to take a guess, it is probably over 100 gold.
100gold not to much.. But if there any condition require for subclass hero? If i move family home will i get fame?
Believe so. Just remember, as a hero you can die in combat/from wounds and can never change to another subclass.
So i can't switch to another subclass??
Nope. Once a Hero you are a Hero until the day you die.

At least 1000, I'd say.
I believe it is somewhere around 500-600. There is no fame for moving your family home.
I believe some prestige or honour for moving family house..
Honestly, I don't know what is the use of moving the family house...
access to family gold by aunty
And RP purposes.
Financing rebels. 8)
When I moved my family home I think the price was closer to 200. 100 from my character and 100 from the family fortune if I recall right. This was at least 5 years ago though, so I don't know if the rates still apply .
Sacha is correct. I had the option earlier this turn on my hero/priest on FEI, who then moved. 100 gold from you, 100 from the family and the option only shows up randomly. Though it does seem to show up more in cities I've noticed.
Update: just moved my family home (across continents, into a city), and it cost 278 gold for the character, and another 278 for the family.

There's probably multiple factors that affect the cost, though they are not transparent it would seem. When I did it years ago, it was a flat 300, all from my character. Clearly that formula has been changed at some point in the interim. That or my memory is faulty (never a possibility to be discounted).
As far as uses go, yeah there's the stirring up unrest part. There's also visiting the family home for gold; it's like asking your family for gold, but works somewhat differently if I recall (not sure if it still works, actually, as it factored into an endless family gold exploit from a few years back that was eventually fixed). You can also find out some things about the region it's in when you visit it. Overall it's nothing amazing, more of a flavor thing since on your family page it lists where your family is from when other players view it. My original home was in Darka, but I moved it to Astrum a long time ago since I spent very little time in Darka (which I did not enjoy) whereas my family was deeply involved in Astrum's history up until about six months ago or so.
Your aunt will give you some gold if you don't have much on hand (maybe 50 or 60?). There is some sort of check against that character's contributions and withdrawals from the family wealth so its not a limitless source of extra gold. Towards the end of Minas Ithil, my character got rejected by his aunt if my memory isn't faulty.
