Title: Possible bug? Can do everything while Seriously Wounded

I found a nice dagger in my back yesterday and the only restrictions seems to be that I can not read all the news.  I am seriously wounded.

Are you sure you arent dead? Zombie which just cant read letters... j/k.

Caused by a stupid mistake in my fix for the resurrection bug.

Fixed in the latest commit; I'll see if Tom can push it live.

NOOO!! my unconscious character has so much to do!  That way I can honestly say "Hey, slacker, when I was on the ground bleeding for a week, I got the fortifications repaired, built a new recruitment center, and send orders to my marshal.. what did you do?"
