Seems I am not the only one that cannot see the old sub-forums of the continents and realms.
A problem with permissions I presume? Once a few can see them, they were not deleted as I though first.
The local subforums were not deleted. They still exist, but are locked.
Yes, I was told this today but I can't see them and some other people can't see them too.
Thats why I said can be something related with permissions...
I locked them by taking away the access rights of everyone.
A few people, I think global moderators and admins, have global access rights that can not be disabled, so they can still see them.

You can access them while logged off. Actually I got to know about locals being removed by the sheer fact that the board disappeared. I saw no notification and I dont follow all the threads... Thankfully some helpful people on IRC directed me to the thread which discussed the stuff about "forummaster".

I'm a lambda user and I can read everything, I just can't write anymore.
I still see all of them.

May I ask why not leave them as "read-only"? I know I use to read past discussions frequently... Some are very interesting.

Because it's a hot-fix and the final fate of the local boards is still under discussion.
