No elections actually happened. I tried to check the bug tracker but I can't remember my password. I don't have time to make a new account right now. Does anyone have more information about this?
It's been an issue for awhile. The reason no elections occurred is because there wasn't supposed to be, it's an early report.
When are elections supposed to be?
Actually, I think the report's in the right place; it's the elections that are running at the wrong time.

Because it's January—the beginning of the first quarter. The kind of time when you'd sort of expect to have quarterly elections, don't you think?

When are the quarterly elections for Dwilight supposed to run?
January, April, July, October.
