i have an advy on Dwilight. When I tried to create a noble there it said I had exceeded the character limit for the island.

Is this a bug, or must you make a noble first and then can add an advy?

Yes, that's a bug. I swear I fixed it twice before, though.

In the meantime:

Pause your advy. You should be able to start a noble then. In a week or two, you can unpause your advy (or can you unpause faster?)
