Isn't Barad Lacarith just a single-region city state, that just seceded from Rieleston? And isn't Talerium full of Darkans who don't like Rieleston?

BL is a CITY STATE, being ganged up on by two larger realms. They're hardly ganging up on anyone. Ridiculous.
