Talerium has declared war on Minas Leon. (8 days ago, now.) This should not be possible, i believe.
Talerium - CE -- Strombran - Rieleston -- Minas Leon
Double dashes for federations.
Via transitive alliances, Talerium has declared war on their own ally. I was under the impression that this was not supposed to be possible. Or does that only apply over one degree of separation? Maybe confused by the federations? This has kind of screwed up some hopes for rewiring alliances to be dropped when declaring war.

Too many links I think.
Intentional behavior, or bug?
Transitivity to this degree only counts for federations, I believe.
If Minas Leon came into a region with Talerium and Rieleston in it, they would fight only Talerium, because Rieleston would not be their ally, and thus would not be chosen as a defender.
I think that at this degree of separation, even if all five realms were in the same region, Rieleston and Talerium would never be chosen as defenders in the same battle.
So for the purpose of declaring war, only common allies count?

I believe that's the case, though there can be problems one or two links out in a chain.
