Wilsa emigrated.
Wilsa stayed behind in atmara.
Wilsa went to Dwilight also.
So iv two Wilsas. I'm tempted to unpause the one in atmara and transfer all his money to the family.
But no. I'm a nobleman y'know. I shall be all noble. Plus wouldbreak immersion for me.
So should I delete the extra char or will the admins do it in a safer way?
I didn't want to post on the bug tracker cause this is a minor issue and the mentor board was not a proper forum imo for this kind of thing. Hence this post over here. Hope someone notices.
Thanks in advance.

Wilsa emigrated.
When?
The more specific you can be, the better. This is almost certainly caused by a crash within the emigration processâ€"which, to make sure not to lose characters, creates the new one before it deletes the old one. If you can pinpoint when you went through the initial emigration process, I may be able to nail down what the error in the code was that caused this.
As far as what to do about it...I'd have to take a look at the two characters, and see if one of them looks incomplete, because it's quite possible that some stuff didn't transfer properly to the new one.
Wilsa arrived in dwilight this turn (ie approx one hour and forty minutes ago).
I checked his gold, prestige, honour and parenphalia and found all in order.
Fastest, easiest, safest would be for you to just delete it yourself.
Any characters left on the sink island will eventually be paused, force immigrated to a random island, and randomly assigned to a realm.

Sorry, I was unclear.
When did you
emigrate him from his old continent? Select Dwilight as where he was going to go, and have him go into the "emigrating" state?
Um it takes one turn for the game to show the will arrive next turn message.
So I emigrated him some twenty four hours before.
So in the turn preceding the most recent one, I got the message that he'll arrive next turn. That was sunrise when I got that message.
I mean to say I pressed the emigrate link some twenty four hours ago approximately.
Whew! That was confusing!
And yes there was some problem during emigration. My family page was half cut off l.
I filled a bug report.

Can you please link it? A cursory look through the recent unresolved bugs doesn't seem to show one that's related to emigration...

Responded to be ethanleevita.
It's marked as resolved now.
The duplicate problem cropped up after.
So should I delete the clone myself or should I wait?

From what I'm seeing, it looks like you're best off deleting the Atamara clone.
Greetings.
I am sorry for talking on this thread i didn't open, but i got the exact same problem, and didn't see the need to create another one.
Yesterday i tried to Emigrate my Far East Character to Beluaterra, and when i hit the Emigrate button my character "Lanya" (As how i notice on this thread) duplicated.
This caused my Character limit to rise beyond the max and lock me from playing, i waited a turn and the immigrating char arrived, i clicked to choose a realm and after that it locked out due to max character count.
The duplicate on Far East Island have no options for me to choose.
