My adventurer character met a wizard who created to him a Scroll of Fireball.
On wiki all I can find about it is: "Scroll of Fireball - Implemented - A mighty ball of fire will erupt from your hands."
What does it do?
-
Adventurers can't read, so you'll have to find a noble to use it for you.
-
Why then my adventurer has available actions for the Scroll: Use and Trade if he can not use it?
Still, what does it do?

Adventurers can't read or write and yet their main ingame form of communication is through letters...
-
One does not attempt to make sense of the Adventurer class.
One merely accepts what is, and enjoys the freedom.
However, in this case I think reading a magic scroll and writing a letter informing others that there are monsters in the area can safely be described as rather different things.
Just imagine we're in England and the scrolls are written in French, which every member of the nobility learns as a first or second language but few peasants did. It is just some inconsistent wording that causes the grief.

What does the Fireball scroll actually do..
Think about Fizban and his fireball that is exactly what happens.
-
Well... it happens that it is not truth that adventurer can not read scrolls.
My adventurer red the scroll and he received the report:
You carefully work the ritual inscribed on your scroll of Fireball.
A mighty ball of fire erupts from your hands and... create a puff of hot air. It seems the wizard who inscribed this scroll didn't like cliches.
You have improved your spellcasting skill.
