Something about the chaos of Perdan? To get as far as to elect Qu Ar'dan as King in the first place means you can't get much worse though xD

Nothing against Zakky here, but Qu is certainly among his worst chars.

That was a weird one. He got at least one message among the rulers, and since he was installed as king, he wasn't on the mailing list. So the message never reached him (i presume)

I agree, I'd be happy if Perdan gets a ruler and stays in power for a while. Perdan's instability is troubling.
