Can a Recruitment Center be destroyed just by looting military infrastructure or does it need to be done "Demolish workshops or recruitment centers..." Once enough damage has been done?
Lol I hope your talking about the "armed loggers" center. I've been trying to get people to demolish their !@#$ty centers for weeks with no luck.
I think you do need to demolish it yes. But I'm not one hundred percent sure.
Both will destroy the center. Looting military infrastructure is generalized damage to all buildings in the region. It's slow, but it gets all of them. The Demolish option targets specific centers. The focused damage is faster, but it requires a larger unit before it becomes available.
